When you complete the contact form or contact us directly, we may process:

• Name and work email
• Company and intended use of FleetNavi
• Approximate number of devices, if provided
• Your message and subsequent correspondence

Our hosting provider may also process necessary technical log data, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, for operational and security purposes.

We use the information to answer your enquiry, provide information about pricing or demos and follow up on a potential customer or partner dialogue.

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling relevant business enquiries under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). If the dialogue concerns entering into an agreement, processing may also be necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b).

4. Who may receive the information?

The information is available only to relevant people at FleetNavi and MPS Software Solutions ApS. Providers of hosting, email and other necessary IT services may process information on our behalf and according to our instructions.

We do not sell your personal data or disclose it to unauthorised parties.

Some technical providers may process information outside the EU and EEA. Where relevant, we use a valid transfer mechanism under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

The FleetNavi promotional website currently does not use cookies for marketing or visitor analytics. Necessary technical functions may use cookies or similar technologies where required for security and operation.
